Ingredients

1 cup raspberry or currant jelly (not jam or preserves)

3 1/2 pints fresh raspberries

Procedure

1. In a saucepan, heat jelly.

2. Add berries, trying not to break them up.

3. Pour mixture over cooled cheesecake and refrigerate.

BLACK RASPBERRY LIQUEUR SAUCE

Ingredients

3 cups seedless blackberry jelly

3 cups blackberry liquor

Procedure

1. In a saucepan, heat jelly and liqueur until smooth. Do not boil.

2. Let cool and pour over each individual slice.
